You can either use this software on the premises of Askelgirl Technology Centre or you can hire this software for the price of $5.00 for a weekly hire period or for new release software games $4.00 for overnight hire.
If you don't have a computer or a computer that is not compatible for the software you can hire one of our Acer Ferrari Laptops for the price of $15.00 for a 24 hour periodor for a week $60.00 or a weekend starting from Friday night at 5.00pm to 9.00am Monday morning.
We will install the software for you and instruct you how to use the Computer and Games
Adventure Games are rated G, PG, M and MA15+.
Adventure games are a scripted type of computer game, that requires the player to investigate, explore, puzzle-solving, and interaction with game characters to complete the game.
They are focused on telling the story of the game. They are of a narrative wit rather than reflex-based challenges. This makes it ideal for all the family. Their subject matter includes all types of genre from Science fiction, fantasy to Mystery Games. A true Adventure game example is the Masterpiece Myst. That has sold over 12 million copies and held the title of best selling computer game of all time. Almost all adventure games are designed for a single player.
Since the late nineties; Adventure games have morphed and encompassed other genre. This has lead to many hybrid genre classifications from Crime Solving Adventure Games to the most popular genre; the Action Adventure Genre; an example of is Prey, where you shoot, explore and problem solve to complete the game.
