Membership Fee
Membership fee is $20.00; once in a life time for active Members.
When you apply to become a Member you must fill out a Membership form. You must fill in the following fields:-
- User name
- First name
- Surname
- Email Address
- Home Address
- Date of Birth
- Age
- Home Phone number
- Mobile number
- Parent’s/Guardian’s Name
- Parent’s/Guardian Contact phone number
To become a Member you must read, sign and date the application form. We ask you to abide by Askelgirl Technology Centre policies. The application form states:-
- I understand that Askelgirl Technology Centre has various policies concerning the use and acceptable behaviour whilst using these facilities. These policies may be updated from time to time at the management’s discretion. I understand that these policies are available for me to read at any time and I agree to be bound by the terms of these policies.
These policies are available in hard copy and will be given to the new member to read. These are also located on Askelgirl Technology Policies or Gamers Policies for you to download to read.
The Askelgirl Technology Centre policies are as follows:-
Active Member
An active member is a person who regularly uses their account according to their account status. If your account remains inactive for a period of 12 months, your account might be moved to the inactive database.
Personal Details.
You must provide Askelgirl Technology Centre with your correct personal details. If you are a minor you must provide your parents contact details. You must provide acceptable identification to obtain an account. If you do not provide your correct details your account will be forfeited. No exceptions to this rule. Please keep your personal details up to date.
If you choose not to provide us with your personal details, we will manually log you on to a Computer via the Guest Account Option. You must purchase your time in advance and any unused time will be forfeited once you log off your computer or leave your station.
Games Permission Form
You may be required to supply a permission form to play games that are rated above your age group classification. The games Permission form is located at Askelgirl Classifications Web page and must be received within seven (7) days of purchasing a Membership. We will verbally verify that permission has been given by a parent/Guardian.
PLEASE NOTE: Askelgirl Technology Centre Management Software “Smart Launch” does not permit children of certain ages to play games that have been rated above their specifications categories. A parent or guardian must sign a games Permission form in order for us to override this facility.
Alternatively when a minor is applying for a Membership and a Parent or guardian can attend Askelgirl Technology Centre and sign the Membership form giving us permission to override our Software Management System. Parents/Guardians are also allowed to “Ban” certain games that they feel are not suitable for their child.

Account Time Management
Terms & Condition
Member’s time will be kept for a period of 12 months. Special rate deals such as:-
- "MDK" Rates per 7 hour block $21.00. Works out as $3.00 per hour. Terms and Conditions; Unused time will expire 3 months after the date of purchase.
- "Casual" Rate. $4.00 an hour .
- "Heavy Uses" Askelgirl has decided to reward her Members that are what we class as Heavy Users a discount rate of $25.00 for a 10 hour Block. Works out as $2.50 per hour. Terms and Conditions; Unused time will expire 3 months after the date of purchase.
- "Tight Ass" Tuesdays Special. $2.50 per hour for Members and $2.50 for Guests. Dates will be advertised on Askelgirl Technology Centre Tight Ass Tuesday Web page. Bookings are essential. Terms and Condition; 9.00am to 9.00pm . Valid only on Tuesday during school holidays Time purchased during this time will expire at 9.00pm on the day of purchase.
- "Tight Ass" Tuesdays School Transit Time $2.50 per hour for Members and $2.50 for Guests. Dates will be advertised on Askelgirl Technology Centre Tight Ass Tuesday Web page. Bookings are essential. Terms and Condition; 3.00pm to 9.00pm . Valid only on Tuesday during school terms. Time purchased during this time will expire at 9.00pm on the day of purchase.
- "Insomniac" $35.00 – Works out as $2.91 per hour for Members. $40.00 for Guests. Terms and Conditions; Starts 8.00pm - Concludes 8.00am . Unused time will expire at 8.00am on the conclusion of the insomniac and is not refundable if the purchaser falls asleep or leaves early. Booking would be preferred.
- "Insomniac Special" $20.00 per 12 hour block. Works out to be $1.66 per hour. Terms and Conditions; Starts 8.00pm - Concludes 8.00am . Unused time will expire at 8.00am on the conclusion of the insomniac and is not refundable if the purchaser falls asleep or leaves early. Dates will be advertised on Askelgirl Technology Centre Insomniac Special Web page. Bookings are essential.
Merry Christmas Bonus Time
“ Merry Christmas” Purchase an MDK during the month of December and you will receive 7 hours for free. This free time is only valid during December and available only for active Members Accounts.
Birthday Bonus
“ Birthday Present” Notify Askelgirl that it is your birthday by emailing birthday@askelgirl.com (this step must be done on or immediately before your birthday) and we will credit your account with 7 hours for free. This free time is valid for one month. You must be an active Member to qualify.
Guest’s Account time.
Guest accounts time will not be kept by Askelgirl Technology Centre, unless prior arrangement has been made with the Management.
- "MDK" rates 7 hours block $31.00 works out to be $4.42 per hour. Terms and Conditions; this time will only be kept for one month from the date of purchase.
